I did a hot yoga
class tonight, and I was able to stay the whole time! This is progress. Last
week I tried and I had to leave early for fear of fainting in the middle of the
class. Anyway, in class tonight we did a
lot of inversions, mostly in the form of headstands. It was a reminder that I’m
pretty good at headstands and I enjoy doing them! Although, I must say they
hurt my head more than I remember. Not sure why… When I got home, I decided to
continue the inversion trend and did some handstands. And I did handstand nose
touches. Yep, just like it sounds. Lift up one hand at a time and touch your nose.
First it was just one, then two, then four.
I’ll have to work back up to what I used to do in the gymnastics days
(50? 100?, I don’t remember).
